The room was great and the bed comfortable. Was disappointed that the hot tub wasn’t working and pool heater wasn’t working so too cold to use. The breakfast buffet was a nice addition and both the front staff and restaurant staff were very pleasant.

4/10 Poor

Breakfast was great and the staff was super friendly but that was it. Hot tub wasn’t working, pool heater was broken, picketers outside. Looks barely kept together
Tanis, 1-night trip

Staff ok moved 5 times in 6 days

6/10 Okay

It was okay !
Susan, 1-night trip

4/10 Poor

Has I known there was ongoing labour action I would not have booked here. This cannot be stated enough. This hotel is old and in need of a renovation. The room smelled of old cigarette smoke and we had sore throats in the morning. It was mostly empty though so very quiet.
Alissa, 1-night trip

6/10 Okay

Property is old and needs updates. Was only informed of a picket line we’d have to cross the day of our reservation.
