10/10 Exceptional

Great location, right next to Westfield Tea Tree Plaza, very friendly and helpful staff member at the Reception. Good comfy bed with all the basic amenities. Quiet spot, only 21 rooms throughout the place. Nice beautiful park at the rear of the property. Would definitely be interested in staying in again.

Avery the Customer Service Manager was outstanding...very willing to please us...and he did...nice work Avery! The room was comfortable, however our only negative was the heating & cooling was centralised meaning we could not control the temperature for our room.

Clean hotel. After a very long day, we couldn’t get any room service as they had a function on, apparently they couldn’t manage to do both together. They took out a $180 bond on our room before we even arrived, then took another 5 days after we left to have it returned to my bank. We won’t be staying again

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The staff were awesome. Great location near shopping centre. The surrounding view of the park was terrific especially at night as well. Will definitely stay again. We highly recommend staying here.

We loved our stay here. It was always clean, area was perfect and The Loft Suite was extremely large that suited us well.

Great stay. Staff were friendly and welcoming at check in - but we aware of the relatively short check in window. The room was a great size and very comfortable. There was no noise from the functions downstairs. Free coffee machines were a nice perk, plus the drink vouchers given to us at check in. Easy and plentiful parking. Easy access to Tea Tree Plaza.

This is my 2nd time staying here for a staycation and it was so relaxing and lovely. Sarah was lovely as always and an absolute delight. Loved it so much that we booked for NYE's staycation already.
