Clean hotel. After a very long day, we couldn’t get any room service as they had a function on, apparently they couldn’t manage to do both together. They took out a $180 bond on our room before we even arrived, then took another 5 days after we left to have it returned to my bank. We won’t be staying again

Great stay. Staff were friendly and welcoming at check in - but we aware of the relatively short check in window. The room was a great size and very comfortable. There was no noise from the functions downstairs. Free coffee machines were a nice perk, plus the drink vouchers given to us at check in. Easy and plentiful parking. Easy access to Tea Tree Plaza.
