This is the third time we have stayed in cabin 5. We love it! The views of the lake are amazing. The cabin is clean and comfortable. The location is not far from Custer. They have also added Wi Fi so we could at least text and do emails from the cabin, which we were excited about. There is no cell service, only a plug in phone for local and emergency use. We will definitely stay again.

very clean and comfortable cabin. perfect size for my wife and I plus our 14lb puppy. only 8mins from Custer. beds were clean and comfortable. bathroom was clean and efficient. kitchenette worked well. oh, was hot in SD this weekend (95-100F). the AC was perfect... The property was clean and the bed was comfortable. Air conditioning was good. It was pet friendly. It was also quiet. I would have liked some hangers, even though it was styled as cabins, but clothes hangers would have been convenient. Also, if there would’ve been a teapot or a way to cook a simple meal since the restaurants we’re out of the way and this is a cabin after all, it would have probably made the experience excellent. Otherwise, the pond at the back was really nice. I saw some hot air balloons near the hills one morning. There were lots of birds which I really love.

Outside was excellent the pond, Trees, fire pit all great features. The main room had no door so no privacy. The Towels provided were Great also like the coffee pot and coffee Our son and daughter in-law rented cabin 5 which was much better than ours. ie floor plan and privacy. Overall I may be being a little picky because we did have a Great time. If we stay again we are renting cabin 5.
