This is an old country house in a beautiful location. Only 20 minutes by very regular metro from the city centre- the station is literally next to the house so very easy to get to. Our first room was very small and not as shown on booking but staff were very helpful and changed to a much nicer room. Breakfast was good but finished promptly at 9am. Beautiful terrace at the front ,looking down the lawn, with super comfortable seats to relax in the sun.

Why not stay at a castle?

One advantage of having a petty aristocracy is lots of castles around. This 1800s castle and grounds has been converted into a convention center and hotel. The rooms (in t the servants quarters) were clean and comfortable (with a real double bed!) but somewhat dated, the prize is the breakfast in the main house.

Otroligt god mat- och frukostbuffén överraskande på ett innovativt och positivt sätt. Personal och service outstanding. Rummen är lite äldre, toalett och dusch- ha inte för höga förväntningar. Upplevelsen ligger i miljön och servicen.

Boendet är vackert beläget nära T station och på 10-15 minuter är du på T-Centralen. Boendet trivsamt litet slitet kanske. Inget kylskåp på rummet. Välstädat och en fin atmosfär. Frukosten mycket god och fantastiska promenadstigar i Judarreservatet. Personalen serviceinriktad ordnade allt jag bad om.

En wifi som inte fungerar. En dålig TV (bilden) ingen TV4, fjärrkontroll med dåligt batteri. Nej det håller inte att säga att "vi har sagt till" men de kommer inte. PS Wifin fungerar i receptionen men ingen annanstans. Men vi har uppenbarligen fått betala fullpris ändå.

Ska ses mera som vandrarhem än hotell, funkar men nivå på rummen, det så kallade slottet, matsal och frukost var absolut inte dåligt men väldigt enkelt och rummen var slitna och gamla.

Hotellet har bra läge nära Stockholm. Det går tunnelbana direkt utanför slottet in till centrum. Det tar 20 minuter.
