As a returning guest, everything was fine - attentive, friendly staff, amazing concierge team and drivers, amenities, very comfortable room and good club lounge to unwind. The general cleanliness / appearance of the bathroom/toilet cubicle/club room in general just always felt a little ‘old and unloved’ with specifically always finding insects in/around the toilet. Otherwise all fab and the cleaning team were always polite and thorough - it just felt the room needed an update/refresh as lots of scratches/marks on hard floors etc. Staff are amazing!

Reception on arrival a little bit disinterested but given it was 1aml, happy to overlook. Room nice and spacious, comfy beds, well equipped bathroom. Breakfast was buffet style and lots to choose from. My only gripe would be between us going downstairs to breakfast and returning to our room to collect luggage for check out, somehow our room door had been tampered with. The digital key access panel had been removed and replaced by a physical key entry. It was brushed off as nothing to be concerned about by the reception staff but being pretty well travelled I've never experienced anything like this previously. The need for hotel guests to feel the security of their luggage and personal belongings IS important and simply choosing to ignore such situations is really not good practice.

Aerocity is so close to the airport and the Roseate House is a good hotel to stay in. They don’t offer complimentary shuttle to or from the airport, they demand Rupees 1,500 per car each way. We didn’t eat in the hotel, so can’t comment on the food offerings, there are many restaurants in walking distance.
