Except for an elevator that needed repairs, this was a delightful property right on the beach. In the harbor area, I think it was one of only a few in Brookings that could claim they were on the beach. The room was clean, comfortable, had a lovely balcony with beach/ocean view. We left the slider open to hear the waves all night. It's a large property with 4 buildings, so the breakfast room was large and spacious with plentiful options. The breakfast attendant kept everything well supplied and the table and serving areas clean. Perfect for beach walks at low tide with another area to park and walk on the beach right down the road. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Excellent views, excellent room. Be aware that most buildings don't have an elevator, have a shorter toilet and the restaurant advertised has limited days that are open. No problem for us, we ordered pizza delivery and enjoyed the view from our room.
