The property is just bare bones, no breakfast, no lotion, just a very basic, no frills hotel which had stains on the blankets. I did not think Rodeway Inn was so bare bones, I won't stay there again.

Bad stay

Charged higher price than room was booked for. bathroom was dirty. Had ladies of the night using the rooms next to us and they were young with a madame that stayed two rooms down

Not the best not the worst

We chose this hotel because it offered breakfast. It is in the middle of some sort of changeover to a new company that does not offer breakfast. It should be taken off their description if they aren't going to offer it any more. Also there was a party going on in the parking lot. It made us kind of nervous having a group out there that wanted us to join them.

It’s trying…we could tell it was freshly painted but… hairs around the bathroom tub/shower and marks on the tub bottom were kinda weird. PAPER THIN windows- terrible for 1st floor guests. NO pay channels or streaming options. It could be better.

My son and I stayed there because there was a pool according to the ad. Well, what a disappointment to my son....no pool. Also advertises a continental breakfast. Not even that. No coffee even. What a complete disappointment. Didn't get what I paid for!

Disappointed

The owner/managers were very nice and helped us when needed. However, the hotel was not as it was represented. It advertised a pool and breakfast, but had neither. It was “newly renovated” but our room had serious floor damage, a broken hand held shower head and the shower didn’t drain correctly, spilling pools of water onto the floor. Some of the ceiling lights were hanging down and things in the room weren’t finished. There was some kind of noisy altercation during the night and the police had to be called. Overall, not really a pleasant stay.

This place is totally disappointing . When we got into our room it was poorly cleaned. The AC unit was dirty as well as the bathroom. When we complained we were told no more rooms available, but clearly the parking lot was not full. The ad on Expedia says newly renovated, but it is currently being renovated. So you can expect construction noise late and early. The Expedia ad also stated a pool, but the pool is filled with concrete and has been for some time. Expedia also lists continental breakfast and 24 hour attendant, both which are false. I don’t recommend

I didn't like that Expedia showed me one rate to stay at the hotel and then calculated the rate using my Key Cash rewards. I looked again today and the hotel was $20 lower mid-day I booked at 5pm and they acted like it was full price $101 and used my $30 of key cash to get it down near the advertised price. They also advertised breakfast and we chose it for that reason but when we got there they said it was closed for remodeling and no breakfast. That was a terrible disappointment. I couldn't get a customer service representative to refund the unauthorized use of ?Key Cash back to my account. He did give me a Key Cash amount for the non existent breakfast once he called to confirm it wasn't available. There was a hair on the sheet and some dirt so I asked for a replacement which took some time to get the front desk guy eventually brought me one to change it myself. All the linens were super cheap. the room was decent it had recently been remodeled. Don't trust Expedia now. Show one price and charge you another.
