Best Western should have comped or discounted rate as The POOL was not operable due to Maintenance. This should have been disclosed before arrival. Very Disappointed in the communication of an Amenity that was not available. .....Otherwise, Very clean, comfortable and SAFE. Would stay here and recommend to others . Great location. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water, which is not always the case. The room was not very bright at night due to only one small overhead light that was very dim. In most hotel rooms, there is an additional blanket/comforter but this room did not have one and I personally enjoy having an extra blanket.
