Great stay in Nancy

The Best Western Crystal Palace in Nancy was an easy walk from the train station. It was perfect for walking to shopping nearby or for heading to Stanislas Square for sightseeing or dining. The staff was great and very friendly.

The room was very clean. Cleanliness was superb. Proximity to the train station at Nancy is excellent - the hotel is located three street blocks from the station. The air-conditioning and control was terrific. You can control the temp in your room to your satisfaction. WiFi is offered & worked. If these items are important to you, this is a terrific place to stay. Otherwise, everything else is merely a "check" box, meaning the hotel offers it. The staff is courteous, not necessarily informative. The breakfast is mediocre. I recommend the kitchen offer less choices, but better quality of each item. Otherwise, it is a "gut" fill; and you get the caffeine from the coffee - coffee is from a machine. Breakfast is self-serve. Gym is small, can only accommodate one person at a time; two, if one is on the treadmill/exercise machine. Spa (maybe the services are good - looks good), but spa area is small. Pool is for children, small, longitudinal rectangle and the water is cool. The shower amenities - only offers liquid soap, no hair shampoo, no hair conditioning, no soap.And it is awkwardly placed and very very HIGH up! Not sure why! Bed and bed linens are fine.

Good stay in Nancy at the BW within walking distance from the train station and to Place Stanislas. Updated lobby and room, though small was clean, quiet and comfortable. Enjoyed the breakfast, though we also took cheaper coffee and croissants options nearby.

Great property. Very very central. The 50minutes included in the spa a great plus. Great service. Great breakfast. Nice bar in the evening with Cuban latin music. Rooms are France small. So is the elevator. We had a great time - recharging the batteries.

The check in was complicated because the credit card machine to put a hold on the card, didn’t work. I had to go back. The room was really tiny but other than that all good. The hotel is at 3 min from the train station so its location is very strategic.

Good stay in Nancy at the BW within walking distance from the train station and to the sights around Place Stanislas. Updated lobby and the room, though small, was clean, quiet and comfortable. We do not always stay in hotels but we had horrible experience with another housing option in town. We could not stay there for three more nights so I made quick reservation on Expedia and we went right to the hotel. It was only 10 in the morning but we had not had a lot of sleep. Checkin was not til 4. Staff was very kind and let us chill in lobby and got us room by one which was incredibly appreciative. Thanks so much.
