All in all, an excellent experience, with two particular highlights: A truly pleasant atmosphere—such as in the lobby areas—and excellent service at the reception. Secondly, one of the best breakfasts I’ve experienced at a hotel in Finland; a delicious presentation and a great selection. Very happy with our stay. We stayed in one of the rooms in the new section which was fantastic. Lots of breakfast choices on the buffet. Very friendly personnel. Overnight on-street parking was free for the rest of the day we parked in the nearby parking garage (3 min walk). Good location, everything in the city centre is in walking distance.

The hotel is extremely large but well located. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go. The breakfasts were fantastic. There was a huge selection and the food was exceptionally tasty. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was also good but various groups eating there made it too noisy. Our room was adequate but the mirror attached to the wall in our bathrooms did not work. Parking was available but we had to pay for it. This hotel was perfectly acceptable but it was not my favourite. I prefer smaller hotels with more charm.
