One room all smoke alarms no batteries. Tv screen cracked. Room 2 having to wash own towels with a nbroken driver. Staff no help on any problems. Bothe soda machines out of order. Room 2 filthy This is by far a thrird rate hotel with a horrible staff. Ask for a manager who is conveniently off for the weekend. The most busiest time of the week. Will be ripping you a new one on any review platform available.

Only issue we had was the front room was not cold and roughly 80 degrees and wouldn’t cool . The pools were okay not very clean and a lot of floating stuff around us . Other then that the overall stay was very good ! The staff was extremely friendly. The view was amazing!

Pros: Close to attractions, food and shopping (were all in walking distance and ocean view was great. The pool area was a plus especially the splash pad for my little one Cons: The room itself was not very clean, carpet was filthy, refrigerator was leaking, furniture was marked up and table for eating was sticky tried wiping it down with Clorox wipes and still was sticky.

The resort is beautiful, clean and peaceful. However while my stay there there was construction directly below my balcony on the beach so I could not access that beach area. Also the condo was very cozy, clean and well maintained. I found out that the hot tub in the room did not function at all and was not aware of that until 3am when we were ready to use the hot tub. I feel they could've had snacks and bottled water in the room for us along with laundry detergent and dish liquid. Other than that, the condo overall was very nice and large space. I loves the 180 view and balcony. Excellent.

Besides, not having the gym anymore, me and my two children we enjoyed ourselves here at Ocean one resort. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was very cool. Well very hated and a cool way. The location was pristine and the beach was always fun day and day out. We stayed the whole week of spring break and enjoyed every little moment, I will definitely do it again. My kids actually look forward to doing it again.

The room was ok but the amenities half worked the stove didn't work facets in the bathroom sink the water comes out full blast and the shower trinkled water slowly. We had to wash at the sink. The furniture was uncomfortable ripped and sitting on a 2x4 plank. The beds the worst. The only thing was good was the view from the balcony. Room 305 DON'T DO IT!

Dryer did not work. Bedsheets were dirty. Condo wasn’t fully cleaned. There were dirty socks in room and blood stain on bedsheet. Kitchen floor was dirty and plastic forks under kitchen sink. Overall, the condo was dirty but the outdoor pool hours are good and hot tubs worked. Room key didn’t work but staff was friendly and helped quickly.

This place is in definite need of cleaning and maintenance. Best part of this unit was the view overlooking the beach. This unit is set up with a kitchen but did not have basic things needed. Example there was only 1 fork for a unit that was supposed to accommodate 4 people. No can opener, no baking sheet and the living room furniture needs total replacement.

Very dated, A/C unit was leaking bad in the room carpet was soaked, smelled like sewage everytime we did laundry. Fitness center has been removed but still list it in amenities online, had to buy frying pans as the ones included were disgusting, room listed as sleeps 10 but had 4 glasses , forks and spoons. Not well equipped. I’m sure it was nice in its day but is very run down. Beach is beautiful. Pool area great!
