The building quite old. Room is small as per expected. No key for your room means u can’t lock when u’re out so it feel insecure. Floor heater is fine. Bed sheet is weird and a bit dusty. There’re only 1 rest room to share/level and 2 showers and it smelled. Shower room is very inconvenience as there’s only on hook to hang all your stuff. Only shampoo and shower gel provided. At first i can’t find the kitchen since the door’s always close and TV always turn on so i thought it’s staff room. Location is great but i won’t stay here next time.

12時チェックアウトと記載があるのに11時前にノックされて「チェックアウト！出て行って！」沢山の方が宿泊してトイレもシャワーも順番待ちしても使えず。待っていたのに！荷物を預かって欲しいと伝えても「1時から留守にするから無理！4時に戻ってくるけど一つにつき5000원お金貰う！」今までのゲストハウスでこんな対応されたことないので驚きました布団にも血液の汚れあり、渡されたタオルはフェイスタオル一枚のみしかも雑巾並みにボロボロ。ゲストハウスでタオルが一枚でもあるだけマシではあるけどホテルに慣れてる人には無理だと思う

Overnight stay

I got to the city around midnight and the owner seems annoyed because I arrived late. The room and bathroom was okay. But the ventilation isn’t that good. I feel like there was no air circulating inside the room. Good thing I only had to stay overnight before my flight to Jeju.

Great place

Very good location, just a few steps from the subway and the heart of the action in Hongdae. Beds are wooden but not noisy. Toilet + 2 showers per floor. A large table in each room, so you can get work done if you have to. Shared computer for those who need it. I have absolutely nothing to complain about.

建築物是在機場線弘大入口旁邊，白天都可以找到住宿的名字，只有入住第一天的時候才有看見房東，然後放一角落都有灰塵，衣櫃裏也有些灰塵，雖然床單再當面的時候有告知有一處地方洗不乾淨，但第一晚睡的時候看見了床上有些碎碎的東西散落，不確定是什麼，我到第三天的時候背部敏感了，只能鋪上自己的毛巾睡覺，浴室與廁所是分開的，都算乾淨，每一層都會有一個浴室與廁所，房間隔音很差，只要有人開門與走路，說話都會聽得見，訂住宿的時候是先看見有行李寄存才訂的，結果說寄存行李只到下午兩點，我們六點要拿行李，他說兩點的時候會拿進房間儲存，需要收費10,000韓圜，六點的時候會再拿出來給我們，結果五點回來的時候都只是放在走廊？？？？？臨走前見到面的時候連打招呼都沒有，反正我下次是不會再住了

良かった点・最寄り地下鉄駅（弘益大学）から近く、AREX各停電車で　空港（仁川、金浦）に直通できる。・人気（ひとけ）が少ない時期に利用したので安かったのも　あるがお値段以上、十分お部屋、水回りなど清潔感があった気になった点・室内に鍵付きの荷物置箱があったが何故か貸出してくれなかった。・シャワー室の仕切りなく着替えは廊下でしなければならない。

Liked: location to trains, basic rooms with locked cabinets, in the heart of the city, owner was able to answer all of my questions. Disliked:stated breakfast included but no effort was made to have any breakfast available even when asked.

Very conveniently located to a few subway station exits. Could improve on cleanliness, the bedding and pillowcases were not changed, just refolded and put back in place after guests checked out.

立地は良いが...

立地は、空港鉄道から近く、地上に出てからもすぐなので、キャリーを持っての移動も◎ ただ、普段よく使う2号線までは距離があるので出掛けるときは余裕を持った方が良いです。清潔さは、こんなもんだと思います。ただ、室内用のスリッパは皆が履く物で黒くなってたので、あまり綺麗だとは思いません。対応については、お世話になった男性の方は無愛想で、チェックインをして部屋に案内をしてくれると時も、階段でしたがキャリーを持ってくれることはありませんでした。 2日目の朝会ったときに挨拶をしたときは挨拶を返してくれましたが。シングルで予約しましたが、室内の清潔さ普通です。キャリーを広げられるスペースもあります。私の部屋だけか分かりませんが、鍵を開けて鍵を抜こうとすると、全く抜けずに部屋に入るたびにイライラしました。また、お風呂は共用ですが入ってすぐの扉の鍵が閉まらず、少し空いた状態のままで丸見えでした。トータル駅近で立地はよいですが、鍵が閉まらないお風呂、鍵が抜けない部屋値段もめちゃくちゃ安いわけでもないこのような所には二度と泊まらないと思います。何度か韓国へ旅行に行き、ゲストハウスにもお世話になっていますが、風呂場の鍵がかからないのは初めてでした。

鍵を閉めないで外出するように言われたので鍵を渡されることがなかった。スーツケースを横に倒していたら足でスーツケースを押していた。オーナーが客の前で普通そんなことするのも考えものだ。

사장님도 친절하고 전반적으로 깨끗하고 좋았어요. 아쉬운점은 장기투숙시 청소를 안해주신게(쓰레기통비움, 간단한청소 등 *다른 게스트하우스랑 비교시) 아쉽네요. 그외에는 위치, 편안함 만족!

玄関は暗証番号入力の鍵がちゃんとついているけど、靴箱が全員で収納するタイプなので良いスニーカーを履いていたので心配だったし、それぞれの部屋に鍵は付いているのに内側からしかかけられないので外出時心配で、部屋の中のロッカーも鍵はついているけど、もらえなかったので心配だった。

it's extremely close to Hongik Uni station exit 5 or exit 7 either, takes one minute from exit. room space is good enough for me. room and facilities (toilet/shower room/ pantry) are really clean. especailly , shower room is made with 2 parts. inner is for showering and outer is fitting with dryer and big mirror. it allows 2 people in there doing their businesses, says, one is showering while one is drying hair or make-up.

Excellent location. Love the neighborhood.

Near to the Airport railway Hongdae station exit 7 and with an Elevator! So many nice cafe and restaurants around the neighborhood. Just forget the breakfast and everything is fine. Value for money
