4/10 Fair

Large dog barking as soon as we enter, requested a key for my room and the staff answer was "do you need one?" We decided to give it a shot and went to the dining for dinner just to be greeted with the same staff with "we dont open until 15 mins later" no drinks offered or you can wait until open. Room was basic, unfinished closet, noise from other rooms until 1am, the back door to the patio did not locked and made the night unrestful .....wouldn't recommend this 2 star hotel. The view was great

Extremely friendly, helpful and courteous staff, beautiful log building, if maybe a little dated decor wise, but very clean and comfortable. Fantastic view of Williston Lake and the mountains beyond!

Beautiful sunrise over the lake, amazing Douglas fir log lodge handcrafted by meticulous craftsmen. Food is amazing and the rooms are cozy. The owners are the staff so the care about all the little details you won’t get from a large faceless chain.
