The front of house staff were excellent and very helpful in directing us to a bar to watch the football after a very long day of travel The room was very basic with a strange smell in both the room and the pillows. Old lift and shower built for a midget. Not the best end of town either.

Room was small for what was supposed to be a premium room. Decoration in room a little tired needed refurbishing. No milk to have with coffee or tea, bathroom had a smell of drains about it. The breakfast, early on our first day was very underwhelming, only one type of bread, milk tasted off in my cereal. On the plus side the bed was very, very comfortable and air conditioning good.

Stayed here a few times. Hotel is very central, (10 minute walk to the old city, clean with courteous and helpful staff. Only challenge is parking, during the day there is metered parking on the street or in a park house nearby. Nighttime parking on the street is free after 6pm to 9am.

Really liked this hotel. It was nice and comfortable and very clean. The rooms whilst not huge are a good size and have everything you need for a great stay. It is nice and centrally located with a good choice of shops, bars and restaurants all within walking distance. We found the reception staff very friendly and helpful.

In general poor condition of the bathroom. On the top, there was no bath plug so it was not possible to take a bath. I asked for a room with a bath and there was no separate shower, hence my review.
