Clean room, friendly and helpful staff. Hotel needs major upgrade though; walls are paper thin-can hear conversation in room next to ours (ear plugs and sleep mask were provided). Bathroom shower head was nearly coming out of the wall, as well as fire sprinklers that did not set aligned to ceiling. Cheap furniture and paintings. Proximity to vehicle entrance to Oceano Dunes beach is why we booked here. It is a prime location but unfortunately we would not return unless upgrades are made as the room was not worth the amount we paid.

Loved how close the hotel was from the beach. Restroom was clean. Customer service went well. Pillow cases have a few black marks and hair on it. We didn’t really have a good night stay because there was disturbance from outside with a guy walking around and yelling. The cops and ambulance came, however, left and didn’t do anything about it. He was walking around in front of our car and from side to side still screaming and yelling and cursing at people and random cars until 11:00 PM or so. My family and I were stayed up just to be cautious. Other than that, it was a okay stay.

I like the fact I can walk to the beach direct from the hotel and there are two small food stands on the way. It is a very basic motel. Very few amenities in the room or on the property. Staff is friendly and very quickly corrected some issues I had with noise and my door not locking. You will hear everything. You can hear the TV next door, conversations, snoring, etc. If you're ok with that, I would recommend this motel.

This was perfect. We were up for a grandchilds graduation and we just needed a place to retire to for the 2 nights and it was clean and close to a convenience store, restaurant and our sons house. Plus the beach is right around the corner, as is the great diner where we had breakfast. Microwave and refrigerator, smart tv, WiFi etc. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We’ll be back.
