Hadn't realized that a railway line separated the hotel from the beach and finding a route to Nice proved challenging. The hotel itself I would describe as IBIS quality, it was adequate and clean, the pool is unusual but didn't get chance to use it. The reception wasn't manned when we arrived and it took several minutes before we were attended to. The bedrooms were in a different building from the reception but the rooms were comfortable and clean.

Location was ok, need a car to get to the good parts of Antibes. I gave everything 5 star because I don’t speak French and didn’t know what I was rating! The room was really nice, the staff were friendly and helpful. The only downer was kids outside screaming til midnight and the windows didn’t muffle the sound at all. We had no phone to call reception so I had to get up, get dressed and go ask reception to please ask the families to quieter their children at midnight. The guy on the Friday night at reception told me asking guests to keep noise down was not his responsibility! The other 2 staff were very helpful, lending me an umbrella when it rained.

I choose this hotel for the proximity to Antibes and easy on-site parking. For this, it is great. It would also be great if you’re going in season for the theme parks next door. The room was decently comfortable and the beds were good as was the AC. My room faced the sea which was nice, meaning a good view of the water and occasional passing train. I think the hotel is best suited for families travelling to the amusement parks that are basically next door. With that in mind, the biggest negative of my stay - the room I had connected to the room next door. Unfortunately I could hear nearly everything through this connecting door, tv/showers/toilets/etc… and conversely I’m sure they could hear me. The neighbours weren’t being obnoxious but sound travels, so this was disappointing to me. The room showed age, but wasn’t unkept. First impression was a bit disappointing to. The foliage around the buildings seemed brown or dead and I think there is supposed to be water around each “villa” though it’s empty - a bit depressing to arrive to a hotel that looks this way vs its photos. Granted the immense heat wave over summer and water restrictions likely contributed to this appearance, so we’ll chalk it up to this. I also found the front desk staff pleasant but they weren’t engaging. The pool was small but clean. And the property overall is kept clean. Overall, a good experience, but it wouldn’t be my first choice for my next visit without a car

The hotel was ok in general. The breakfast was pretty bad. Everyday the same food, very little choice, no fruits at all. Often the food was stale. Very laid back and relaxed hotel

Very laid back and friendly hotel. Staff were very responsive. Good sized rooms but not much of a view from our ground floor room but that didn't bother us as we knew that we would be out most of the time when we booked it. Parking was easy and felt safe. Biot train station a few minutes walk away, from which is was a couple of minutes in the train. One day we walked to Antibes along the shoreline which was a lovely way to arrive into the port. We stopped to see the Fort Carre, which was on route. An Uber taxi back from Antibes was 11 euros and there were plenty of taxis around. Pebble beach in front of the hotel was accesible by walking or there was free car parking along the sea front.

Great hotel next door to marineland , i have stayed there three times in all The breakfast is a nice continental and thats where it ends, they have recently made improvements to tbe restaurant so i thought i would try an evening meal there My daughter had a margarita pizza which came completely smothered in oily heese and undercooked dough I had the beef steak burger and was asked how i would like it, medium i replied, looking forward to it, less than 5 minutes later it arrived looking like a cheap frozen burger Ao once again hotel is pretty faultless on the accommodation side, just dont eat there

Just an ok hotel

The hotel was an OK hotel. Breakfast was simple but plentiful. Our air conditioning didn't work, and the room was a double bed with 2 trundle beds. The pool while available with varying depths, was overrun by small children, but nonetheless was a welcome cool down after a long day. Be aware that it does close by 8pm and food and drink are not permitted poolside. Highlight is that it's walking distance to the calmest, coolest pebble beach. It's an amazing beach. Overall unless you are visiting the Marineland venue, this hotel is not worth the price, especially in high season.

Spacious room, very clean with, large bay windows to see the sea or the pool...the inside or outside hotel is very cleaned and very colourful. Everything from the reception, bar, restaurant, pool and cleaning staff...everyone were super professional and very efficient. This sobluehotel antibes has a very large parking so no problem to park your car. The hotel is near the railway but it doesn't disturb your stay...and the hotel is only 250 m from the beach and sea...This hotel is great.
