Great place to stay. Clean and Quiet. Friendly staff. Lots of options for Breakfast. Stayed here the last time I was here and will stay again the next time I'm in the area.

6/10 Good

This hotel hasn't had a GOOD cleaning in a long time. In my room, the bathroom wall around the TP holder was very dirty. All the towels & washcloths were stained. Sheets had stains on them. Guess I shouldn't have been surprised since I went for cheap this time. Surprisingly, the bed was pretty comfortable.

The woman at the front desk was extraordinarily helpful. I was exhausted and she was friendly even when I locked myself out of my room twice.

My husband and I have stated this hotel for several times on our trips to Caldwell. This time I brought my kids and grandkids. We had a lot of fun. We’ve already booked it again for two weeks from now. They have a very nice breakfast. Also staff is very, very helpful and very nice.

We had a nice quiet stay in a clean and comfortable room without and unpleasant experiences . We would stay there again if we would stay there again if we were in the area and needed to spend the night.

8/10 Very good

Your hotel was perfect for my needs on that trip. The only things that bothered me were the elevator door that squeaked as it opened and closed; the smell of something like stale cigarettes in the second floor hallway (but I'm sure that's not what it was); and the very strong scent of artificial vanilla air freshener in the lobby. I'm one of those people who are extremely sensitive to smell especially when it is chemical or synthetic.....But the room was great - loved the window seat, the bath tub, the small pillows that could be mashed flat.
