They seem to be remodeling and making improvements. The room was great, our refrigerator went out and they had it replaced within 10 minutes of calling. Beautiful view, staff friendly, and most importantly centrally located to restaurants, dining, and beach. Would stay here again

The hotel is very clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. The parking was easy, but I suspect that is because of the time of year (off season), the parking lot seems small for the amount of rooms. The breakfast was decent and had good options, be aware that there is no hot food served. Mainly bagles, toast cereal, fruit and various breakfast drinks like juice and coffee. The condition of the hotel showed a bit of ware and tear. Our shower door kept coming off the track and the kind man at the front dest gave us another room. It does look like they are working on updates as one of the larger event rooms was filled with contractor materials. The location was fantastic, close to shops, restaurants and a quick walk to the beach. Over all my kids and I were very happy and would stay again!
