Nice place right in the middle of everything. Clean and reasonably priced. Retro but remodeled. Stayed in a lot of low cost low key mom and pop places like this over the years and can truly say this one was the best. One suggestion. An ice machine would be nice, and maybe some vending for soda etc ... However, there is a CVS a 1/2 block away.

This hotel was welcoming clean, and in the best location. If you’re looking for something nice affordable and centrally located within walking distance of entertainment, shopping and fun I’d come here. Great property, great staff, I’d come again. A/C pumps and they don’t sneak a parking charge on you like most other hotels.

The location was convenient and easy to find. Check in was quick even though I arrived after 10 pm. The room, linens, and bathroom were spotless and the lights were on when I opened the door. I would recommend this inn for a no-frills place close to ASU and the light rail and at a great price.
