Keep the kids busy.

Person running the place was very helpful to let us know the best places to go and eat. Helped with cruise on Lake for us. Facilities were able to keep the kids entertained well. Nice looking out on river with a few ales at hand.

pillows were old and extremely thin, and the cushions on the main bed were grubby, so you could not use them to make the pillows more comfortable. the fan in the main bedroom was very wonky and noisy when on high. The aircon was not on when we checked in around 2pm on a 35 degree day. We stayed in river front deluxe cabin, which had a nice view, but inside the cabin was not up to the standard of the price charged. Reception staff were very good.

We stayed at Yarrawonga Holiday Park for three nights and were very disappointed. We booked for five people (two adults and three children). After a non-refundable booking, we were told we had to bring our own bed linen for the children, leaving us no option to change plans. On arrival, only two towels were provided. When we asked reception for more, we were told they could not help as we had been advised to bring our own linen. It is important to note that we also paid an additional $135 for the third "extra" child. The total value of the stay was around $700 for 3 nights. The cabin was not properly cleaned. We found a half eaten apple on the floor beside the couch, full bathroom bin, and visible marks on the bunk bed linen, showing the cabin had only been tidied. Staff were rude and unhelpful when issues were raised and showed no willingness to resolve anything. For the price paid, the cleanliness, service, and basic provisions were unacceptable. We would not stay again.

Lovely Yarrawonga!

Apartment was very clean and spacious for us. Reception was polite and helpful. The park was a nice stroll from the main street with easy access to shops, restaurants & cafes. The park was also along the river, with easy launching for boats, etc. Noticed that there were plenty for kids to do also. Will definitely visit again.
