Room was clean but could do with an upgrade. Externally the place could do with a tidy up and looks a bit tired. Good location close to the lake.

The property was reasonably priced and was in a convenient location close to shops and the park. A microwave was provided which was a nice surprise and let us heat up our own dinner.

6/10 Good

Room was clean and inviting once inside, however the beds and pillows were really hard and uncomfortable , no information was found regarding local dinning or attractions in the room and check in while fast was somewhat lacking in assistance with dinning options or other hospitality

We stayed in Room 8, nice and bright. Also enjoyed a dip in the pool. Noise from the Newell was blunted by closing the bathroom door. A nice park & lake across the road.

The room and bathroom were small but adequate and quite clean. The furniture looked tired. Could do with a freshen up. The shower was good. There was a bit of traffic noise.

Having an outside balcony to sit and enjoy the scenery plus relax. Balcony does need some attention though and some repairs to furniture
