Everything was excellent and well appointed. Probably take your own shower gel - awkward to use. Have stayed before and will again in the future. Expect a bit of street noise.

Good spot - great location good view and convenient. Bed was great, but some other bits starting to get a little tired. Lounge suite not overly comfortable, knob missing from door etc. despite this it is still good value. Only other thing, a bit of traffic noise from speeding tradies at 5:30 in the morning.

Lovely very well-appointed appartment in great location just opposite golf club. Nice view (& even from in bed!) of a really pretty beach, only a very short walk away. Fantastic to have king bed in each room - one with very firm pillowtop mattress and other with softer pillowtop mattress. Excellent to have cotton blankets for warmer weather but also electric blanket on one bed for colder night. The sound of the waves at night was a special treat. As noted in another review, there is traffic noise, which is understandable given the property is on the corner of two well-used roads. Easily sorted with earplugs! Very kind extra carpark organised on request. Great communication with property manager who could not have been more helpful. Lots to love about this apartment☺️

Stairs. No indication that there was 32 steps up the stair case to get to the room. No good for people in their 70 s. No reception desk.

The property was modern with all amenities in the kitchen. Clean quiet and close to the beach and 1k from Ulladulla Town centre. The beds were clean and comfortable with plenty of storage in the bedrooms. Maybe an extra face washer or two would help. :) I Highly recommend staying here.

For the most part the property was fine. Large and in a nice location. There were a few draw backs. Lounge and kitchen lighting was dim at best. The TV was fairly useless with only a couple of free to air channels working, and finally I found an old dirty sock in the lounge, not cool.

Excellent location for our needs- beach and golf. Nice big bed and rooms, good bench space in bathroom for our toiletries. Dryer and washing machine great, towel rail did limit opening of dryer a bit. Kitchenette facilities great but power points near sink area made it a bit difficult for toaster kettle etc next to sink area. Very small bench space to work on. Overall excellent facility and good price point.
