We have stayed at Rivergardens many times over the past 7 years. We absolutely love how close it is to the river. They have a boat ramp that is easy access for our kayaks and they have a ton of space to lay in the grass in front of the river. There are so many types of birds fluttering around in the trees and a ton of action to watch on the river. Staff is always friendly and helpful.
River frontage with posts to tie up boats.
Rainbow lorikeets living in a tree on the riverbank.
Lots of area to chill on the grass or in the river.

The bed in the second bedroom of 'The Cottage' was very uncomfortable. The second toilet leaked. The signage to the Holiday Park is very difficult to see from the Sturt Highway. One night when returning from having a meal out, we missed the turn (even with using GPS) and then saw no lights were turned on to 'light' the Holiday Park billboard.

Overall our cabin was comfortable and the cabin was clean Staff were friendly. I left a list of the following items that were not satisfactory. Cold water tap at bathroom sink needed a new washer. Large hot plate on stove only got warm. Could not grill as element only got warm. There was no hair dryer. The bottom shelf in fridge door was broken. Crisper in fridge was broken.
