They did allow us to check in early which was nice but our room was on the 4th floor and the elevator was not working. Nobody helped with the luggages. We had two elderly people and 4 big luggages. Hotel location is nice.

A walk from the beach and anything you need for a stay in Miami. This wasn’t a destination for us, but rather a stop while waiting for a cruise. Honestly, we’ve stayed in Miami before and didn’t enjoy it, so we were dreading this a bit. However, this hotel changed our mind. The staff was amazing, the hotel was clean, and the stay was relaxing and accommodating of our needs. Would definitely recommend!!

The beach access was a huge plus, and having a washer and dryer in the unit made things so convenient for our family. The staff were all incredibly friendly and accommodating — they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Overall, a great value and perfect spot for a Miami Beach getaway. Our stay was perfect! The location can’t be beat with a block from the beach and CVS right next door. They also have a small bar and a little market inside the hotel which was great. They were very accommodating and the room was huge and had everything we needed! Highly recommend!
