I usually stay here 3 or 4 times a year. It is a good location on the main New Plymouth road, and handy for the town centre. On this occasion my room was clean and well prepared. The internet worked, and so did the Sky TV.

Dishwashing brush looked like it had been used to clean a car it was so old and brown coloured. Had to ask for sharp knife. Cleaner begrudgingly assisted us but rooms spacious and clean
