The amenities were not replaced daily. We were told the spa was open til 6 but everybody left at 5 and locked us in. WTHeck. We had 90 min massages and were told we could use the sauna til 6. That is where we were when everybody left work early!!!! Level 5 was great but the menu was too hoity toytee. We just ordered dessert and it was terrible.

Pool and hot tub was closed due to rain. The TV displays streaming apps that are not currently available. Meaning you can’t even open them and login with your own credentials. Bathroom door handle was broken. On the positive side, staff was very friendly. Brought a microwave up to the room upon request. Free valet made it very convenient, especially with a baby. Didn’t dine at the top floor restaurant, but checked it out at night and it looked great! Across the street is a very convenient food court with some very good vendors.

This is an amazing hotel. The design is gorgeous and the staff so gracious. I love everything about this hotel. It embraces the culture of Albuquerque.
