Four Points By Sheraton Houston Energy Corridor

This trip I was able to use their indoor pool. While it is heated, it is not entirely warm but was bearable for exercise. Front desk staff is always accommodating and housekeeping is not noisy like other hotels; I usually do not know they are on the floor unless I am in the halls (Kudos to Chris, housekeeping manager).

Amazing!! Stayed here for two days for work and loved every minute of it. When I arrived it was 2am and I was super tired and not feeling the best. Brian warmly welcomed me and even gave me a free breakfast for the next day. I slept like a rock and wanted to just sleep in, but I had to get up for work. For breakfast I was unfortunately unable to take full advantage of the buffet, but I quickly scarfed down some bacon, eggs, and oatmeal. I liked the variety of items that they had, but the $12 for the buffet was a little steep. I went to work and returned to my room to much needed rest. My bed was super comfortable and there were four pillows of varying weight waiting for my head and television with tons of channels waiting for my eyes. The room was very comfortable, welcoming, and warming. Also, the walls were not super thin, so I did not hear door closing or people walking up and down the hall. Overall it was just a great stay and I would return! Lastly, the area had easy access to a few restaurants and the hotel had their own restaurant, which had a good happy hour! I will be back!

Treated like I was an unwanted guest. Receptionist was rude and unprofessional. Don't inform me about breakfast time or checkout time. Took a long time to get checked in. Made me pay $50.00 up front for incidentals. Put me in a joined room divided by a door. The bed was lumpy and very uncomfortable. Four Points By Sheraton Houston Energy Corridor need to have hotel guest training starting with Vanessa. I will never book a room there again. Not worth the money I paid at all. My stay at the Days inn hotel was a 100 % better. And only cost me half of what I had to pay here.
