We made contact three times prior to arrival to request an early check in and had no response to any of our messages . Specifically booked a room with a spa bath for a birthday weekend. Although we had booked 7 months prior, when we arrived at the property the room we booked which was substantially larger with a better view and a spa bath had been given to other guests. The room we were given was under renovations very poorly presented, tired, and dirty. Whilst the view from our room was nice. The windows and doors were dirty and covered with Spilt paint and bird poo and spider webs everywhere. The glass had not been cleaned for a very long time. The property was very poorly maintained with piles of waste building materials, turned over furniture, hoses and rubbish throughout the pool area. There was also empty overturned pot plants throughout the property. Property restaurant was only open two nights a week. Breakfast was only open one morning a week. The breakfast was extremely expensive for what you got and very average. Don’t even bother having breakfast at the property. Whilst the staff tried their best you could not get any answers on phones after 5:30pm. Some staff could not understand English very well which made communication difficult. Rooms only serviced every 3 days. There was nowhere outside to dispose of built-up rubbish in the room. I would not recommend staying at this property.

We stayed upstairs w premium room w balcony. Very spacious. Comfortable and relaxing. The bed was the best of all my stays in Australia. You can even see the difference penguins come in at night as well as walk on the beach only 15 feet away.
