Welcoming staff and a really clean room. We were so happy our dog could stay. We don’t use the pool but it would be nice in summer. The location is handy and close to town. There is a little bit of road noise, but to be expected dyed in the main road.

Thanks very much to Debbie, it is definitely an older motel, with the attendant issues, but there was plenty of hot water, the towels were clean, the whole place was pristine. Further, there were nice little touches throughout… If there was anything else I needed for the kitchen, Debbie was more than happy to find it; The lights, instead of the horrible glaring white light, were warm lights… And I really appreciated that little bit of difference. Thanks so much Debbie, I’ll be back next time I’m in new Plymouth. Xx
