We did not order breakfast. The motel was close to town and the sites of the Orange Spring Festival and clubs. Wi-Fi was good. Pool was closed. Had to ask for cutlery and crockery.

Clean and comfortable accommodation. A great location within walking distance of city centre. Quiet although close to the road. Staff were obliging and room was serviced which is becoming rare these days. Bed was terrific. A hot tap over the sink would be great.

The bed was comfortable, it was handy to town. I came home after being out all day and the door was unlocked & open. Same thing happened to my friend. 2nd and 3rd day, no fresh towels, no vacuum or any service. Front desk said breakfast was available. Front desk agent told me no breakfast. Started off well with a good size room, comfortable bed. Downhill from there.
