I was very disappointed by the hotel. The room has very bad lighting, the internet wifi signals are so weak that phone wont connect. The cleaninv staff is poorly trained. They entered the room without waiting for reply after the knocking and said Sorry Sorry and they did it to both of my rooms. The hotel staff pushes you to get set menu for dinner. And when you dont like what you see they get upset. So much attitude and ego the staff has. They are serving pork which was highly expected. The overall experience was very poor i would not recommend this to anyone specially . I only got this place due to expedia description. At the checkout time their credit card machine did notnwork

Otel beklediğimden büyüktü. Karsılama görevlisi bulunuyor. Odanın ici karanlıktı ışık açtığınızda dahi odayı aydınlatmıyor. Tuvaletten gider kokusu geliyordu resepsiyona söyledim tekrar domestosla temizlediler ilk geldiğimize göre biraz daha iyiydi fakat kokuyordu yani. Yatak rahattı. 3 yasında kızım vardı. Tekli koltuk yatak oluyordu geldiğimizde koltuğu hazır etmişlerdi. Kahvaltı acık büfeydi gayet yeterliydi. Aqua park saat 14-16 arası acıktı. Aquada biz cok eglendik. Başında bi personel bulunuyor heran takip ediyor. Aqua nın 2 saat olmasını sacma bulduk ama. Onun haricinde calısanlar güler yüzlü,genel olarak oteli beğendik

Ailemle beraber 3 gece 4 gün konakladık. Otelde kalan misafirlerin tamamına yakını yabancıydı. Otelde temizlik çok harikaydı. Odalar hergün temizlendi. Otel genel olarak da oldukça temizdi. Personellerin hepsi güleryüzlü, nazik ve yardımcıydı. Talep edilen her isteğim yerine geldi. Kahvaltı da yeterli düzeydeydi. Oteldeki etkinlikler da çok eğlenceliydi. Öncelikle nasıl 4 yıldızlı otel ünvanı verilmiş hiç anlayamadım . Bence Türkler çok tercih etmesin . İngilizlerin kurmuş olduğu mini bir getto mahalle olmuş . Her yerde çamaşırlar havlular . Odalar küçücük ve temizliğinden emin olamadım ( temizlikçi ablalar gayet iyiydi ama otel bakımsız yapılan da görülmüyor ) . Battaniyeler temiz gözükmüyordu mesela donduk örtünemediğimiz için . Havuzu fena değildi ( turistler odalarına çekilince girebildik öyle kalabalık ). Kahvaltıya erken inmezseniz yiyecek bir şey bulamazsınız . Çalışanlar şahane , ama düzen Euro üzerinden para kazanmak üzerine kurulmus . Bu kadar güzel bir otel gerçekten geliştirilebilir baya bakımsız kalmış .

Haftasonu için çocuklu aile olarak kaldık. Sağolsunlar müsaitlik olduğu için daha bir büyük odayı verdiler. Çok memnun kaldık. Otel herşeyiyle çok iyi. Otel ingiliz oteli, resepsiyonda soyluyorlar zaten, Turk aileler olarak sayimiz azdi. Odalar kucuk ama kullanisli, temizlik konusunda sikinti yasamadik. Kahvaltida aradigimiz herseyi bulduk, gayet lezzetliydi. Hem yetiskin havuzu hemde aquaparkli cocuk havuzu temizdi. Ormanin kenarinda cam agaclari arasinda hos ortamdi. Oludeniz tatilimizde tekrar konaklayabilcegimiz bir otel oldu bizim icin.

Hisarönü bölgesinde bulunan hotelin ulaşımı kolaydı.Hoteldeki hizmet tamamıyla İngiliz turistlere göre planlanmıştı.Kahvaltıda demlenmiş çay dahi yoktu.Kendimizi Türkiye’de değilmiş gibi hissettik ve bu üzücüydü. Oda büyüklüğü ve konforu iyiydi ancak housekeeping yere düşmüş yüz havlusunu tekrar kullanmamız için değiştirmeden aynı havluyu askıya asması ayrıca kirlenmiş olan ayak havlusunu da yerden alıp kirli bir şekilde klozet kapağının üzerine uzatması dehşet vericiydi.Daha önce hiçbir hotelde bu denli bir hijyensizlikle karşılaşmadık. Resepsiyon ve diğer çalışanlar ise güleryüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Hotelde çok fazla sinek vardı, balkonda oturmak mümkün değildi, balkon kapısında sineklik olmadığı için odada da sineklerin rahatsızlığını yaşadık.

In het algemeen was het OK Minpunten: matras was heel slecht. + Geen isolatie: je hoort alles. Babys die huilen in andere kamers, hakken van mensen die voor jouw deur lopen, mensen die voor jouw deur passeren en babelen. Dit is echt vervelend.

Temizlik proplemi

Oda temizliği iyiydi fakat aynı şeyi restoran kısmı için söyleyemeyeceğim, eğer ki kahvaltı veya akşam yemeğinde geç saate kaldı iseniz önceki yiyenlerin bardak veya çatal bıçak vb. Ürünlerini suya tutup önünüze getiriyorlar sanırım. Önceki insanların bardaktaki dudak payını görebiliyorum. Kahvaltı genel anlamda çok zayıftı, akşam yemeği güzeldi. Oda banyosu o kadar dardı ki başımı yıkarken dirseklerim duşakabine çarpıyordu. Klima çalışmıyor, dolap tam soğutmuyordu. Personel olarak eğitimli olması önemli değil yeter ki İngilizce bilsin kıvamında insanlar çalışıyordu. Otelin genel olarak 2 olumlu yanı vardı 2 yaşında çocuğum aqua yı ve bir de küçük de olsa oyun parkı vardı onları çok sevdi. Artı Bir de akşam yemekleri güzeldi. Fakat üstünü çizdiğim bir otel oldu bir daha kalmayacağım biliyorum
