Really quiet and tranquil property. Staff is extremely nice as well, particularly the gentleman who works the breakfast buffet (whose name I forgot to ask) - super kind guy who genuinely wants to go above and beyond.

Really restful stay in beautiful setting with lovely design. Worth taking the bigger rooms which are higher and have a lovely terrace. Only criticism would be no conditioner or body lotion and I'd prefer a separate shampoo.

My finca bungalow was immaculately clean fresh and as new. It had all amenities including fridge, free litres of water waiting, lovely large walk in shower, clean modern lovely bathroom, comfy bed. It has beautifully kept and well stocked gardens with mature plants and flowers to wander. The staff were friendly, very helpful and nice. The nearest beach is a bit of a trek through the woods and it’s narrow, not very accessible. It has a nice poolside restaurant and an attractive pool. I think it’s good value for money and I’d easily stay there again!

So much more than I expected, especially for the price. Clean lovely room (having been an interior designer, I'm fussy and I loved it) Beautiful gardens and pool. Lovely breakfast and an amazing dinner had in really pretty surroundings. Can't fault it. I never go back to the same place but I think I might this time.

I want to start stating that the property itself was magnificent, beautiful, completely renovated and lovely. Everything was very clean and with excellent decoration. However all of these was eclipsed by the bad service the hotel personnel provided. Everybody was very unprofessional and slow, the crew was not coordinated at all, very bad management. The lady at the front desk was not very nice, she was not very servicial and had a weird attitude towards guests and then there where times when even no one was paying attention to the front desk, also they tried to add things to our account that we never ordered, this was very unpleasant. The restaurant was also very charming but the same issue with service, super slow and pricey. As an anecdote, I ordered a gin and tonic before dinner and after 45 minutes I was still waiting for it… of course I had to cancel. Also first day we went there for dinner (we were staying at the hotel and it was convenient) we were waiting for the main dishes more than an hour, they brought them at midnight finally when we were not even hungry anymore, a disaster. Also please be aware this hotel is quite far from the island main places and beaches so transportation from there will be quite expensive and painful.

Von den Mitarbeitern mit ungefiltertem Leitungswasser vergiftet zu werden ist mir bisher auch noch nie passiert. Bei Ankunft wurde mir kommuniziert, dass im Kühlschrank Glasflaschen mit Wasser aus der Filtermaschine bereit stehen. Diese habe ich nächsten Morgen in meine leere Flasche umgefüllt, um sie zum Strand mitzunehmen. Am Strand wurde mir schrittweise immer unwohler, was ich erst mit der starken Sonne verbunden hatte. Das Wasser hat zwar etwas chlorhaltig geschmeckt, ich dachte aber evtl. ist die Filtermaschine nicht so gut. Am Abend stellt sich heraus, dass beide Flaschen vom Personal vermutlich aus Effizienzgründen am Wasserhahn im Badezimmer befüllt wurden. Ich musste dann vor Ladenschluss eine Apotheke erreichen, um Elektrolyte und Medikamente zu bekommen. Vom Personal gab es weder eine Entschuldigung noch sonst irgendein Kommentar oder Entgegenkommen zur Wiedergutmachung, nur zwei Kommentare “sowas haben wir noch nie gehört” und “das kann nicht sein, das Reinigungsteam hat einen Wagen mit frisch befüllten Flaschen”. Mein Zimmer lag jedoch am hinteren Ende der Anlage entlang einer unebenen, nicht asphaltierten Straße - unerreichbar mit einem Reinigungswagen. Sehr enttäuschend, bei fast 400€ pro Nacht hätte ich mehr erwartet.
