Breakfast was great and the room was good. However staff at reception should be more customer service savvy, be more patient with clients and learn how to communicate with them.

Imperial Park Hotel

Generally was Good , hotel and rooms are clean, staff friendly and helpful. Air conditioning is smelly and noisy so I didn’t use it , also you can smell cigarettes were smoked in the room. Sauna, and gym unclouded in room price. Restaurant food was good, but lots of positions from the menu was unavailable.
