Hotel was clean and maintained well. Never saw a staff member, your on your own for check in and out. Place was nice and quiet for those who are looking for sleep and rest.

6/10 Good

There is no true front desk agent but the gentleman working was kind and helpful when we needed towels for the pool and extra for our room. The laundry room was dirty and had a terrible smell, the lobby trash was overflowing on to the floor, our bathroom wasn't particularly clean (mold in the shower and bathroom fan had a THICK layer of build up) and mother in laws bathroom wasn't clean either (sink basin dirty and counter top had shave trimmings everywhere) We bought bleach spray and took care of it for the stay

The floors in the hallway were stained and gross, but our room was clean, the bar was nice, the staff was helpful, and our beds were comfy.

Room was clean, staff were helpful. Pool and hot tub were great. Shower was fantastic. Overall a great stay but they are renovating so be aware in advance. Also, as said in other reviews, no breakfast at this time due to renovations so plan accordingly.

Nice place to stay. Went to check in about an hour early and the kiosk wanted an additional $20. However, someone working at the hotel inquired about helping and checked us in for no added charge, which was very helpful and appreciated. Nice service.

Minalist, but perfect. Very clean. Had everything we needed. No extras, like individual coffee maker in each room. You had to get it downstairs, but the cups were decent size and they were not the really cheap ones. The coffee machine was hooked up to a water line so you show not run out of coffee and have to ask for more to be made. No hot or continental breakfast either. Something we rarely use when we get a hotel.

This location is great for Theodore Roosevelt National Park. It is clean and has all the new items. It is still in remodeling mode. But when finished will be 5 star.
