Nice, clean, comfortable hotel rooms. The building/pool area are a little older and not too fancy, but the rooms are updated, clean, and well maintained. Perfect for our family on a budget.

The back parking lot when directed to room was dark, greeted by smell of weed in hallway, room number was a sharpie on door, toilet seat cracked, shower old and spots of dirt, beds were comfortable, small couch was nice touch, shares parking lot with nice Mexican family restaurant. Staff was friendly, the pool was small and area very dark, breakfast very limited

It's an old Howard Johnson that was remodeled years ago. Surprisingly, the hotel does not smell too bad. The place is outdated and needs a groundskeeper to clean it up. Our jacuzzi tub jets did not work. I didn't care enough to ask for help. I did mention it when I checked out. Breakfast was cereal, bagels, and Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches. It was a quiet hotel close to Plymouth that allowed dogs. I wouldn't stay here again but it worked for the night.

The hotel is very old including the rooms, there is no elevator for ADA like my self. So the guy at the front desk had to move things around. ( at least that was good) staff was nice. Breakfest was a joke for the price they could do better. Bed was clean room was mostly clean. The smell of pot was down the hallways. If the owners would do some work it could be a nice place.

Exterior of the hotel is completely run down and a bit scary. We had a room in building 4 which was very secluded. Fortunately it was well lit, those I’m not sure I would have gone in. Between the unlocked entrance door, the old trashed sofa and awning sitting in the grass, the strong smell of weed and the shopping cart inside the building, I certainly felt my idea of run down is valid. The room itself was a little better. It appeared as though the sheets & comforter were newish. The bathroom was NOT clean and just generally not maintained. So much hair everywhere it was hard to believe it was actually cleaned.

The room was clean and very spacious. However, the hotel was extremely dated and in need of a great deal of repair. Carpeting on all the stairs was storn up and ragged along the edges. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was..... there. The coffee was some of the better hotel coffee in a lobby that I have ever had.

Hotel is obviously dated however, the rooms were clean. The building is right next to the highway so could be noisy for rooms on that side.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was exceptionally clean, newly renovated, and the high ceilings made it feel much more spacious than a typical hotel room. The location is excellent, with plenty of great restaurants and food options within walking distance. The owners and the entire staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is still undergoing renovations, so the hallways could use some refreshing, but the updated rooms already make a big difference. My only suggestion would be to keep the fitness room open 24/7 by adding key card access and security cameras for guest safety. That would be a fantastic improvement. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. The renovated rooms, convenient location, and great value make it an excellent choice.

Upon arrival there was a lingering smell in the hallways. The first room we were assigned was not cleaned at all, the staff quickly gave us a new room and apologized. The beds in the new room were clean enough. The TV was disgusting and overall the room felt gross. There was no coffee maker or hair dryer in the room. There were holes in the bathroom wall and the shower had cracks. There were no waters or anything provided in the fridge, after calling the front desk we were able to get two bottles of water. For $200 my expectations were much higher. If the room was $75 I would have been happy as it was a place to sleep. I would not recommend staying at this hotel unless the price goes way down or you are desperate like we were.

Perfect easy location

Quick overnight between hockey games. We took the chance to visit Plymouth and we’re so happy we did! Large room, comfortable beds, cute sofa section. Everything looked new in our room! Lots of great food nearby, too. For our needs, it was perfect. Good value.

Thanks! The staff was courteous and polite. The room was clean and big. Tryvto go to the restaurant Cancun next to the hotel. Food is very good and pretty good service. You can have good tequîla shot and not taking your car for the return because its in the same parking lot!😀

Negatives: Place was filthy. Needed to go buy disinfectant wipes to clean room and bathroom. Actually could see the layers of built up dust on furniture and hand prints on TV. Last guests make up residue (eye liner or massacre) on bathroom counter! Said coffee maker in room… there was not. Hallways and stairs have not been cleaned in years. Neighbor had placed full trash bag in hall, and was still there when we left three days later. Room keys didn’t work, had to have replaced multiple times. Great location… if the owners took more pride in their establishment they would have more customers. Reasonably priced, but pictures on website definitely deceiving…, not what you actually get. Also, No elevators to second floor. Positives: Check in and out was easy, and front desk was helpful in replacing keys. They should upgrade either locks or key cards. Not fun when you can’t get in your room! Kept keys away from phones, other cards etc. that was not the problem.

The good: Quiet, bed and pillows were comfortable, ample parking. The bad: Bathroom was dirty. They had a dog that barked at me every time I entered the lobby, unprofessional and unpleasant (and not good when I had to take my reactive dog through the lobby to get to my room). Was told to pay the pet fee in cash, which I found odd. I told them I didn’t carry cash and was met with displeasure. “Breakfast” was very poor (mini muffins and mini cereal boxes).

Pool is in disrepair long term. No elevator, so we had to walk down a set of stairs that took us to the hall to walk up two flights of stairs to our room with a heavy suitcase. Got unpacked and the toilet was broken. Manager said it would be fixed but minutes later came to the room with a different room key, so we had to pack everything up to move to another room. No designated parking area as they share the lot with a busy restaurant. I spent 20 minutes driving around trying to snag a parking spot. The room itself is nice and clean. The amenities we were banking on for this stay were disappointing. The staff was very kind, but it was not what we expected! Womp, womp!

We were revisiting the Boston area for five (5) days to sites we had visited over 40 years ago. The motel was all that we required ie clean, easy access to Route 3, close to good restaurants, frendly staff, parking by room, and a good breakfast

The rooms were fine, but the rest of the hotel was not. I was told that this property is in transition from one owner to the next, and repairs were being made. But there was so much that should be handled before letting guests in. - The entire back half of the hotel looked like it was a flop house. - The exterior doors were never locked. There was a key entry, but it did not work - The smell of weed was consistent throughout the entire stay. - There were several room parties in the back half with people coming and going throughout the night. It was pretty easy to do since the doors never locked. It is a great location, has a great restaurant in front of it, and is close to everything. Just needs some care, maintenance, and locking doors.

It was an old facility and it showed. The room we were in was nice and it looked like the company might have re worked the rooms recently. We had an issue with stained towels and linens and I was told that an outside company handled cleaning them . The staff was great and got all the issues with linens and towels resolved

The room was clean but the whole hotel needs updated. The outlet in the bathroom didn't work. The keys stopped working on day 2. I was very disappointed because the cost was not cheap. This is my first bad experience booking through hotels.com. if I was not heading to a funeral an hour after I got there I would have demanded a refund and went somewhere else. I expected much more for the price. The staff was nice.
