Good overnight hotel for travelers

This was a good, lower cost hotel for a short overnight before catching the Havaist bus to the airport for an early morning flight. It's right around the corner from the bus stop at Taksim, and there were also plenty of taxis available if you needed one. It was clean and comfortable, and the price was right. Check-in was easy and check out, even at 2:30am, was easy, too.

Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience at this hotel. The air conditioning in our room was not working for two days, even though I complained several times. I did not receive proper help or a response. On the first day, the door lock also stopped working properly. Suddenly, the door became locked, and my children became frightened and started screaming. It was a very stressful and scary situation for us. Unfortunately, I also felt that the staff did not believe me when I explained what had happened. On the third day, I complained to the manager, and we were finally given another room. After that, things worked better, but the problem should have been solved much earlier. The staff were also not very welcoming or friendly. Overall, this was a very bad experience, and I am extremely disappointed with both the service and the way my complaints were handled. I would not recommend this hotel.

Basic Hotel in Taksim.

The hotel is in Taksim down the end of a number of restaurant streets. Its rooms are fine and not too small, beds are hard. Amenities are on the basic side, however the breakfast is very good surprisingly.
