The hotel was horrible. The rooms were dirty, the lamps had no shades but it didn’t matter because they didn’t work. We saw a cockroach in the bathroom so we turned around and left. we went back to the office,spoke to the manager, he was very accommodating and offered us another room. The second room, at least the lamps worked but still no shades! We went backed to the manager, and explained we just couldn’t stay at his hotel. We left. We found a Hampton Inn , few miles away and paid Twice as much. The rooms were spotless and the sheets were crisp white. I don’t think we should be charged for the Budget Inn Express Room! Please respond.

This Motel had bed bugs told the owners and they still have not made an effort into resolving my issue. There was no hot water in the shower and the A/C was vroken off the wall. it was a terrible experience.

This place is in a dangerous area. There was no breakfast that I seen. And there was no microwave in the room. The wifi did not work, I was stuck with a no refund stay, so I made the best of it.
