The staff we encountered over the weekend were all very friendly & helpful. The room was clean. We had no problems with the temperature, except the pool room was pretty cold. Breakfast was as expected. The staff was very polite. The AC worked but was very loud! Hard to sleep. The walls are so thin....no exaggeration, the connecting room had their alarm going off and it woke up my husband and myself. We were not happy!!! So between the AC runnind loud, rattling and the thin walls, sleep was a struggle. Bring ear plugs. Not your regular "Best Western". But also not owned by your regular "Best Western". They bought the name.
