Stairwell needs cleaning, but very comfortable and good value for the price.

4/10 Fair

The first room had dirty sheets, a disgusting shower, a light that was out and an issue with the TV. A very kind reservation clerk upgraded us to a “deluxe” room. He did the best he could with what he had to work with.. The deluxe room appeared a bit cleaner but I couldn’t wait to check out in the morning. I would never stay there again.

Was traveling and needed a room for the night. Found this little gem. Decent price, clean room and breakfast was good. Staff were friendly.

8/10 Very good

This was the second time I’ve stayed at this location, first time under New Englander Inn name. Both times I was impressed by how clean and organized the breakfast area was. A staff member was constantly in and out cleaning up and restocking the breakfast items.

The one ice machine on the property was broken, laundry was closed down, but our room was nice, staff friendly and helpful, and breakfast was good.

The staff from beginning even prior to my check in, were very accommodating, sweet, and understanding. We had several extra needs/ requests that were always met. Wonderful staff and wonderful place to stay

6/10 Good

There was a connecting room between the 2 rooms that didnt lock,it just had one of those door stop things. There was large gap between the door and the frame of the door. Not a very secure feeling while you're trying to sleep. Otherwise it was clean

8/10 Very good

Staff was helpful, promptly brought fresh things for the pull out couch which had unfortunately missed its last cleaning. Fresh towels and toilet paper were dropped off and garbage removed as needed during our stay. Breakfast was simple and more than most places offer these days (various daily opinions like bagels & cereal then rotating hot options like bacon, sausage, omelettes and egg patties). Despite the one snafu with the pull out bed, the rest of the room was clean and we'd stay there again.

Most friendly and receptive staff. The place is being renovated. My room was top notch with the air conditioner already running with the temperature of the room perfect. Breakfast was great.
