The crypt cave suite was nice, however the bathroom is in the same area as the indoor hot tub. The mirror was foggy and the toilet paper was wet because of the humidity. This place is absolutely gorgeous, soothing, and the comfortable. Despite all of the positives, the absolute best part about staying here is the staff. As soon as you book, contact them to reserve dining, transports, activities, photo shoot... anything. They will get you the best prices and the absolut best service. They are very well networked on the island. Do not book with anyone else. Beautiful views, beautiful suites, and beautiful staff. You can't lose.

We were a family of 5, with young kids. The stay at Sophia was just amazing, right in front of the blue domed church. The indoor was cozy, very well aesthetically curated and added to the charm of Greece/Santorini. The room service and food was also tye best! The staff was very helpful in arranging for cab services to pickup/drop at the airport, and travel around Santorini. Everything about our 3 night 4 day stay at this place was top notch, from staff hospitality, location, ambience and pool. Very pleased and a memorable stay!

Unfortunately we paid a premium for the amenities such as the indoor pool/hottub and the outdoor pool were both not working properly. Other small things like the lock on the door were not working and staff was never available or around. Such great potential with poor execution.

When we checked in they helped us with luggage down and up all the steps to the room, they also check us in right in the room so that was great, breakfast is delivered to your room every morning but warm juice and water even after you ask for ice. The bad thing they didn’t have anyone to help us with luggage the day we checked out (6am) you have to carry your own luggage up and down to the Main Street and that was very hard, they also had said they would arrange transportation to the airport and that didn’t happen leaving us to worry how to get to the airport that morning. But!!! Room was amazing views were amazing it’s located in the perfect location
