This stay was the highlight of our trip. The room was absolutely beautiful. We were a bit hesitant when told not to set the AC below 24C as we prefer to sleep in a cold room, but the AC set to 24C and the fan on kept the room very cool and comfortable all night long. Yuka was a wonderful host and provided a delicious breakfast in the morning. We look forward to returning in the future!

Found the property easily with Sat Nav & parking just a short walk on the street overnight. Lovely welcome & close to centre where we found lots of options to eat.

Le Petit Tertre B&B is perfectly located within walking distance of Old Dijon and the “Owl Trail” highlighting the historic sites. The hosts are very friendly. Our apartment was private and decorated with antiques and a gorgeous four poster bed with canopy. It felt like stepping back into the 19th century yet providing all the modern conveniences. The delicious and abundant breakfast was delivered to our room and we ate at our own dining table. This was the best B&B experience and highly recommend Le Petit Tertre.

A Fantastic Stay in Dijon!

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was pretty large and modern. The breakfast was delicious, and the host was incredibly sweet and kind. The location was fantastic, too! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dijon.

Beautifully decorated room. Great location. Lovely breakfast, friendly and helpful proprietor. It is definitely one of the best places I have ever stayed and certainly one of the most well furnished homes.

A fantastic stay. Yuka was a superb host who greeted us and settled us in. Lovely spacious room with lots of quaint flair. A fantastic breakfast was served each morning. More than we could eat and a changed menu each day. Can't say enough about the place, the location and the hospitality. A highly recommended stay in lovely Dijon.

Was like staying in a time gone by with the room furnishing in a good way. We loved it a place with real character rather than the usual style hotel room. Breakfast brought to your room at a time you request a added bonus. Would Definately stay again if visiting the lovely city of Dijon.

Excellent location, close to the tram, historic area, shopping and restaurants. The apartment is large, comfortable and authentically French. The only downsides are that the building has no elevator and there are steps in the bathroom that can be dangerous at night.

A small clean hotel located in the middle of Dijon and only a few minutes to the city and the sights. The owner is very friendly and showed us around and had some useful tips. Breakfast is served in the room so you can have breakfast in peace. We will be happy to come back.

Lovely host and wonderfully decorated room. Right in the heart of Dijon. Breakfast was included and delivered to the room. Though the room is old everything worked perfectly - good A/C kept us comfortable and enjoyed the slipper bathtub. Highly recommend!

Quaint french property. We stayed in honeymoon suite which was large and over 2 floors. Nice to have fridge to keep drinks cool and breakfast was an added bonus. Thank you Parking nearby by only 11 euros overnight and it was easy to many restaurants and bars so great location.

Choose your Room Carefully

Great location in the city and a wonderful host. Stay included continental breakfast. Issues were the exterior access steps to the honeymoon apartment, lack of headroom in the second floor bedroom, and the difficulty negotiating the interior stairway to get from the bedroom to the main floor bathroom.
