The drain in the bathroom was clogged so we ended up with a wet bathroom floor. The hotel has a policy of only issuing one electronic key even when there are multiple guests, inconvenient. One of the air co dirtiness was not working. The extra blanket in the closet smelled of dampness. The staff was not friendly or courteous. When we asked for help with a taxi they said they didn’t do that.

Equipe dos funcionários inclusive a Karine , tive um pequeno problema no nosso quarto , a privada não estava funcionando, a luz do banheiro queimada , mais no momento que informei a recepção , foram muito eficientes em me trocar de hotel devido a alta lotação do hotel. Parabéns a Karine e sua gerente.

Todos os funcionários foram excelentes. Fomos atendidos muito bem. No entanto, a estrutura era um pouco velha. O chuveiro elétrico do nosso quarto não estava se regulando muito bem (ou tomávamos banho em água ardente ou fria) e foi um pouco difícil descobrir como funcionava o ar-condicionado 😅. Mas no geral, a experiência foi boa e atendeu as nossas necessidades.

Funcionários nota 10 Todos gentios e atenciosos, café da manhã delicioso 😋😋 nota 10, garagem na propriedade foi um diferencial mesmo que seja limitado faz muito diferença,nota 10 e para finalizar a administração do poderia dá uma olhadinha melhor para as colchões que são muito moles, colchões nota 5, mas apesar desse incomodo, me hospedaria novamente na propriedade.
