Probably the most convenient hotel in Edirne

Nice, clean, new with good roof restaurant and patisserie. There is no swimming pool but spa facilities are good. Only thing is they have certain days allocated for men and women for the utilisation of spa.

Cleaning Problem

The toilet of the room had pee stains from the previous guests when we first checked in. They offered to change the room. We changed the room and the new room's bathroom had body hair from the previous guests this time. The chairs had shoe marks. (Someone tied their shoes on the chair.) The window of the room had hair grease from someone leaning onto it. There is a serious cleaning problem with this property.

Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Lage war ideal, da wichtige Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel gut erreichbar waren. Die Unterkunft war sauber, gepflegt und entsprach der Beschreibung. Besonders positiv sind mir die Freundlichkeit des Personals und die unkomplizierte Abwicklung aufgefallen. Abgesicherte Parkplatz ist ein großer Pluspunkt. Das Frühstück könnte jedoch verbessert werden, da die Auswahl etwas begrenzt war. Mehr abwechslungsreiche Speisen würden den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machen. Insgesamt dennoch ein guter Aufenthalt

Das Hotel war insgesamt in Ordnung, hat mich aber nicht vollständig überzeugt. Die Zimmer waren sauber und das Personal überwiegend freundlich. Die Lage war ebenfalls gut und praktisch. Leider gab es einige Punkte, die verbessert werden könnten. Das Frühstück war recht eintönig, die Ausstattung wirkte teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen und der Service war je nach Mitarbeiter unterschiedlich aufmerksam. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist das Hotel durchaus geeignet, allerdings hätte ich bei dem Preis etwas mehr erwartet. Insgesamt würde ich 3 von 5 Sternen vergeben.
