The staff was not very welcoming, and we had an issue with being charged twice for breakfast. Breakfast was already included and paid for when we booked the room, but we were charged for it again during our stay. The gym is also listed as one of the hotel amenities, but guests have to pay an additional fee to use it, which was disappointing. The location is another drawback. The hotel is not particularly close to Lyon, and it takes approximately 30 minutes by car to reach the city center. Overall, we expected better service and transparency regarding the additional charges.

6/10 Good

Notre Banque a dû faire opposition.

6/10 Good
