8/10 Very good

Room is small but clean and has mostly what I needed. The staffs were very nice and helpful. The location is great. I would stay here again for any short trip in the future. The reason I would stay here on short trip is because of the size of the room. If they have bigger room I would definitely stay here longer on my future trips

This is a very pleasant hotel with English speaking friendly and helpful staff. Near to Galatas Tower with access to numerous excellent restaurants and bars. One of the main retail area's is also close by. Tram station is just down the hill where the main historical area is a few stops away.

10/10 Exceptional

The hotel is centrally located, very close to the Galata tower, T1 tram, restaurants, marina and entertainment district. Staff were very helpful with all my needs and they also went the extra mile to make our stay special(thanks for the birthday cake). We traveled as a couple and this hotel provided everything that we hoped for on our vacation.

Excellent location. I upgraded to a river-view room on the 5th floor — epic views from both windows. The room itself was a solid 10/10. Staff were also 10/10 — really helpful, friendly and very communicative. Definitely would stay again.
