They gave away my room that I had booked and paid for in advance. They were apologetic, but it seems they don't communicate with Expedia or Hotels.com. the pool was decent. the room was ok, when we pulled out the couch for the kids to sleep on, there was a bunch of trash under it ( so not very clean). One of the pillows was yellow. the outside of the building is in need of a makeover, the paint is peeling everywhere and it looks like they cut corners. A lot of people with dogs coming in and out, maybe they should let other people know its a pet hotel ( allergies) Breakfast was decent.
