Location was convenient. Motel is an older facility and needs maintenance. The bathroom especially should be updated. The room was clean and AC worked fine.

The staff were very nice and helpful unfortunately the time we had booked was super busy so we ended up in a room without a TV they were upfront with us and we understood that it was something that they were waiting for but because they were fully booked they didn't have any options for us So we made the most of it

The staff were great ! The property is very old and run down. The room was clean and in usable condition. The lock on the door was very tricky, difficult to use. A big piece of fabric laid over a broken blind to block visibility into the room was very tacky. I guess it was the last room available in town so you get what you get!

This is a very, and I mean very basic accommodation. Very rough neighborhood. Lots of late night activity. Just remember, the price is reflective of the accommodation. I will say, the staff was very helpful and let us store our motorcycles in an empty room for the night. Manager stated that they were working on getting the property into shape, so better things may be coming?

Good location. We checked in at 6:30 and the room was not ready. Bed was comfortable with really good air conditioning. Plenty of hot water. Good breakfast. Coffee pot in the room. Quiet

The room was clean. It had been renovated, but had a few spots in need of TLC. It didn't reflect the pictures on line.

8/10 Very good

Three nights in the area visiting friends and exploring the sights were enough, with all the smoke from fires, for me to head back to Puget Sound. The staff I dealt with were very helpful, although their equipment was having problems. I was up and gone too early each day to try whatever breakfast they provided.

Room and bedding was clean, outside our door was an overflowing trash can when we checked in and it was still there, more overflowing upon checking out the following morning. They were having water issues, bottled water upon request, but also toilet didn't completely clear upon flushing--took 2 or more flushes to empty.

When we checked in, our room was on the second floor. We asked for a ground floor and were placed in a handicapped room. The room was excellent. It had a very large bathroom that I loved. The beds were comfortable also. When we checked out we were given a breakfast bag of food. That was a nice touch. Made our trip home extra special.

2/10 Poor

Worst Motel experience in quite some time . Allthough the staff was very helpful, rooms were not ready until 9:30 p.m., there was no cleaning staff on hand except for front desk staff to clean rooms for some reason. The bed was atrocious, and the ice machine was out of order. On the positive side the staff was very nice and helpful , and the room was clean

Great staff, very nice room and amenities. Breakfast is OK, and the area is convenient to most of Omak area. I highly recommend.

I’ve stayed at the Rodeway in Omak occasionally over the past 20 years. It has.gradually gone downhill. It still has the basics - a locking door, a clean bed, and a bathroom. They’ve had chronic problems with TV working in rooms, so if this is important, reconsider. I stayed Weds before Memorial Day for about $70. Came back on Memorial Day and rate was $130. Parking lot was empty, rooms vacant. I asked for a better rate and was told no. How this place stays afloat I can’t figure. If I was managing, I’d make deals with folks to get rooms rented rather than overcharge and have empty rooms. So, I stayed at the Best Western. Rodeway is the cheapest hotel in Omak and the location is great for walking to restaurants. The Breadline is the best restaurant in town for dinner. Magoo’s is the place for breakfast.
