The parking was pretty tight and there wasn't much room to put luggage but the Jacuzzi tub was pretty sexy being in the same room as the bed. It was very clean and tidy and the bed was very comfortable.

Parking is tight but I always had a spot before the door of our room. You have decent access to the beach, it's a short walk as well as to the downtown area. A closet and/or some place to hang up clothes would be nice as well as some separation, a curtain(?), between the bathtub and sleeping area.

We truly enjoyed our stay and immediately felt at home. The place was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. The cozy atmosphere made it easy to relax, and every detail showed care and attention. Communication with the hosts was smooth, quick, and helpful throughout our visit. We appreciated how welcoming the space felt and how convenient everything was. It genuinely felt like a home away from home, and we left with great memories. We would gladly return and highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and a warm experience.

We booked a room that said beach views and ac. Room had neither so they moved us to another property at increased cost. Bathroom was not clean with hair on the sink and in the shower along with used soap on the floor. Light colored shades kept the room blazing until the sun completely set. Not worth nearly the price. Front desk staff was nice.

After a small issue, Ella was so helpful and quick to solve the problem. She made this the best trip for my son and I and we can’t thank her enough. My kid repeatedly voiced how lucky we got and that he was having the best time. We will be back there.

Expedia didn’t communicate with this hotel that causes us couldn’t get into this contactless check in hotel for hours after the check-in time I used Expedia.com for over 20 years, this is the worse experience

No hot water. No staff on site. Door open when we got there. Trash in front on door to room. I returned the key into the rusted key slot at the Beachside location then got email I was charged $150 for not returning key. When I called the person was at another location and I was told they did not look for key at location i stayed at. Next day I called to see if key was found and told it was nit. I plan to dispute the charge. Wish I could charge them for no hot water.

This is a cute renovated motel. However, pets are not allowed (that's the main reason we booked this location) and yet my family member who has a severe dog allergy was miserable the whole time. It was very clear that dogs had stayed in the room previously. The entire kitchen even smelled like wet dog. If you have no issues with dogs, it's a cute place to stay. But for anyone who is allergic, I highly recommend looking elsewhere. Clearly, since there is no management on site, others have definitely broken the "no pet" rule.

Here are the pluses: Very short easy walk to the promenade Nicely decorated in a beachhead theme Lovely shower And now the minuses Zero privacy Curtains are not blackout so do not open bathroom door in the evening without being fully dressed or you will be on full display for the neighbors! Room is very tight Door is tricky to open - if you have mobility issues or hand issues this may not work for you No room on bathroom vanity to put anything No a/c ir central air- so no circulation all night long! You are breathing the same air all night ( I woke up with a headache)

I recommend this property as an ideal base of operation for visiting the area (despite a couple of issues), due to its location, condition, and staff responsiveness. Our unit looked exactly like the photos. It appeared to be recently updated and everything was sparkling clean. Sure, there's no panoramic view, but once you're in the room, it's as comfortable as any midrange hotel. And you can unload your car right outside your door. The location is about 2 blocks from the promenade and the ocean and maybe 3-4 from the business district. All super walkable. Our biggest issue was that Wifi was out, which the staff found a way to address.
