Convenient location, lots of eateries close by. Great for exploring Fairhope and Daphne. It is loud in the evening, when people are hanging out outside their rooms!

It was a pretty okay motel. We only stayed one night, all we wanted to do was sleep so we didn’t really mind. The front desk lady though was very friendly and polite😊

Property location worked for us. Hotel has seen better days but they are trying. Close to a few food options and arriving mid evening that was a plus.

The beds were comfortable. The motel is sorta ran down. There’s tons of questionable individuals hanging around the motel. There’s always someone smoking outside the rooms. The stairs are dangerous with small children. There’s huge gaps that a toddler could easily fall through. We saw a few roaches in the room. There was possible mold under the bed. We will pay a little more for something nicer next time.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Everyone was friendly, and it was in a good location. The beds were comfortable, and the water pressure was great in the shower.

2/10 Poor

The staff said that we are lo longer welcomed because we left the room dirty. I showed the front desk clerk and the maintenance guy they said it was clean and we didn't make a mess. Being disabled they used no dogs allowed but they were well behaved and much needed. I felt discriminated against because of being disabled Will never go there again. To get treated this way and discriminated against is against the American disabilities act. They are independently owned and have no scruples. I did nothing wrong.

Clean room, Waffle House right next door is convenient. Close to a ton of other good restaurants. Hotel is kinda rough though, type that has locals living there, who were pretty much loud from morning til late night. Bed and mattress were messed up, broken springs and platform, so was kinda loud anytime you moved around on it and not very comfortable. Wifi was in and out both days I was there with good weather. If ya need a cheap clean place, its ok for that, but otherwise I wouldnt suggest for comfort.

1st room we got we had to change rooms cause the roof was leaking. But we were moved immediately and gave us another room brought us an extra towel the ac worked perfectly.Water was hot. Very close to restaurants and gas stations. The guy at the desk was friendly. Close to alots of things. I would definitely stay again. Family friendly. Pet friendly we had a good stay all the way around.

Room was dirty. Tables unclean, just overall not clean. Front desk staff was friendly during check in. We only got 2 towels, on hand towel and one wash cloth in our room. When we went to ask for more we were told only housekeeping has access to them and they were not on site until the next day. This is unacceptable.

Hotel was run down. It did seem that they were making renovations. There was a lot of debris in the parking lot and under the outside stairs but most of it was from the improvements under way. The sink and counter were new and had a very nice shower surround. Problem is that it was between a stained tub & rusty drop ceiling. Controls on the heat / ac were completely worn off but functioned well once I figured it out. Overall it's a "you get what you pay for" situation. I just needed a clean place to sleep for the night while traveling. It suited that need fine. Can't say I would recommend for a family or long stay but close to the highway and plenty of shopping near by. I got in late so only interacted with the desk clerk and she was very friendly. Parking isn't the greatest but if you're on the ground floor you can pull right up to your door. If you want a cheap, no frills place to lay your head for the night maybe worth a shot.

I would not recommend this property. Sheets were threadbare. Bugs in the room. No clock, no phone. No place to hang garments, no iron, no hair dryer, no pool. On the plus side the water got hot very quickly, the tub was clean and the refrigerator worked well. I did not have an opportunity to use the microwave. If you just need to get off the road for the night, this motel is adequate. For anything else, it was not good.

I did not know the current manager, she is a WINNER!!! Alana is professional, kind and keeps the facilty like a five star property. The room staff Charlene, is beyond excellent. She and Alana meet your every need! Kenny is wonderful with the best coffee ready daily! Glad you are back! Also, Jerry is fantastic too! So friendly and helpful. The owners have an outstanding LEADER in Alana and her team. She knows how to run a hotel! I have been in customer service all my life! We have stayed here before, it is better than ever! I hope Alana is recognized for taking this property to the next level! I have shared with all my friends here and out of state! I hope i do not price myself out of a room with such great service! Ha! Best Wishes! Cheryl and Andrew
