10/10 Exceptional

I was nervous because I’ve been burned by staying at cheaper places. I was very happy with this stay the room was super clean and had what I needed. Couldn’t ask for anything better. Clean room. Good night sleep and not bothered one time. Will definitely be my usual stay in the area. Got offered a bottle of water at check in. Very thoughtful never happened before.

The check in was fine, the gentleman was helpful. However, that evening, we discovered that the tv didn’t work. The lady at the front desk was not helpful and high as a kite. Other than the tv issue, everything was fine.

Clean, everything worked. Stayed only one night, but it would have been sufficient to stay for more days. Especially for the price, I would not hesitate to book it again. Plus it's next to a Waffle House, so that's always good.

Clean looking, very comfortable. Convenient Waffle House next door.

Here a couple times for different reasons that's a good spot to stay.. Price is very reasonable has everything close by. We'll stay here again

Check-in was great. Nice staff building was in decent shape. There was some containers in the back corner but that's not what I was worried about. But when I arrived in the room to go to bed the room smelled like smoke and I didn't care for that. So that would be my only complaint is that if you're getting a non-smoking room then you should have a non-smoking room, but it was obvious that it'd been smoked in fairly recently

Staff was courteous, room a bit dirty.

10/10 Exceptional

Staff was warm and friendly upon my late arrival. Room was clean and spacious. The facility is located on a very busy highway so expect early morning guest departures and big truck noises. Service stations nearby. Convenient ice machine.

It is what it is for as cheap as it was. Sketchy at first but the room was clean and my car was safe. Bonus noises and the bed was clean and comfortable.

Staff was great, room was recently remodeled, looked nice but smelled like a mixture of Curry and Marijuana....only stayed 1 night, it worked out

The stay was pleasant & budget friendly for those traveling with family & children! Staff are knowledgable & polite. Bathroom & the sink could be updated, but stay overall was wonderful!

10/10 Exceptional

Easy and early check-in. Room was decent and bed was squeaky moving around in it but ok on comfort

2/10 Poor

We stay here because we were tired and had no reservations. The ac worked fine, the location is surrounded by restaurants but it gives the appearance of a low live community, I will definitely not stay here again, not even if they will pay me.

Headed to the beach.

It was a decent, reasonably priced place to stay for a night on the way down to Gulf Shores. It could definitely use an update and more amenities. The male who checked us in was super kind and made it quick and easy. I would probably stay here again.

Frugal traveler

Staff was quick to give a newly renovated handicap room as I’m recovering from total knee replacement surgery, & cannot climb stairs @ this time. Great location on/off interstate & next to Waffle House
